The first time I met Ellen Kooi, she was pregnant. She said to me, “I would like to know what my child hears when he is in my womb.”
When I got home, I wanted to use this idea as a starting point for the installation project.

La première fois que j'ai rencontré Ellen Kooi, elle était enceinte. Elle m'a dit : “j'aimerais savoir ce qu'entend mon enfant quand il est dans mon ventre.”
De retour chez moi, j'ai eu envie de me servir de cette idée comme point de départ du projet d'installation.
