« […] the inscription of the text fragments as graffiti on a sound wall, with a dislocated prosody. »
« […] l'inscription des fragments de texte comme des graffitis sur un mur sonore, avec une prosodie disloquée. »
Description

'Eine Ehrenpflicht' is based on two writings by Rosa Luxemburg: 'Im Asyl' and 'Eine Ehrenpflicht'. The first one describes a poisoning among homeless and migrants in an asylum; the second one is a call against death penalty within the context of World War I. Both texts are extreme in the ways they describe the cruelty of the systems in which we survive as collectivities. A hundred years after Luxemburg's and Liebknecht's murders, these fragments strongly resonate in our world as they speak about the uprooting of migration, the misery of desperation and the total exploitation of mankind resulting from the inhumane economy processes of the accumulation of capitals. The six vocal soloists follow two main ideas: the invention of an instrumental sound through their productive possibilities, avoiding manual artefacts and creating a continuous plan, and the inscription of the text fragments as graffiti on a sound wall, with a dislocated prosody.
